We have developed a role evaluation system, which represents the basis of our development process, defining responsibilities, expertise, skills and an outcome measure for each position.

Our performance evaluation system is designed to bring out in people the ability to achieve the results expected and to create concrete feedback opportunities between managers and collaborators.

The aim of our performance evaluation system is to identify development activities that will assist people in building their knowledge and their managerial skills needed to reach the established goals.

We believe in feedback and the results that people can achieve together.
